Library Sections

Elementary Library
The Elementary School Library is located at the second floor of the St. Thomas Bldg. It primarily serves the curricular and research needs of the elementary pupils, faculty members and school community.
The collections consist of Filipiniana, Reference, Faculty, Reserved, Circulation, Easy books, Fiction and Audio/Video books. It also caters a Kiddie Learning Area where educational toys and learning aids are located. Newspapers, magazines, bound periodicals, clippings, etc. are also available in the Elementary Library. The organization of its collection is based on the Library of Congress Classification Scheme which uses letters and Arabic numerals.

High School Library
The High School Library is located at the fourth floor, left wing of the St. Thomas Building. It houses different materials that support the High School curriculum. The collections consist of Filipiniana, Gen. Circulation, Reference, Faculty and Reserved Books. It also provides newspapers and magazines suited for the high school students and faculty members.

College Library
The College Library is divided into 4 sections namely Circulation, Reference, Filipiniana and Periodical.
    Circulation Section
    Located at the third floor, right wing of the St. Thomas Building. It is the section in the College library where General Reading materials are found. This section contains the bulk of the collection.

    Reference Section
    The Reference Section is located at the third floor, right wing of the St. Thomas Building. Books in this section are for room use only.The Reference Section is divided into two sources, namely:

      General References

      These sources are broad in scope, not limited to any single subject, but useful for all, or at least for many, subject areas. They include dictionaries, encyclopedias, yearbooks, handbooks, almanacs, biographical dictionaries, directories, atlases, gazetteers and bibliographies.

      Subject References
      These sources are those in which the materials are devoted to a specific subject area, such as literature, art or history.

    Filipiniana Section
    Filipiniana Section is located at the third floor, left wing of the St. Thomas Bldg. This section contains materials on the following categories: About the Philippines, Materials authored by Filipinos, Materials published in the Philippines

    Periodical Section
    Periodical Section is located at the fourth floor, right wing of the St. Thomas Building. beside the Graduate School Library. This section provides dailies, journals, magazines, vertical files, newspaper clippings and other ephemeral materials.

Graduate School Library
The Graduate School Library is located at the fourth floor, right wing of St. Thomas Building. It contains growing collection of Filipiniana books, Reference, and General Circulation for MBA-regular, Special Management Program and Doctoral Studies. It also has special collection on theses and periodical clippings.

Records and Archives
The Records and Archives is located at the fourth floor, left wing of the St. Thomas Building beside the High School library.

The Archives of the Colegio is the repository of the most relevant records and other manuscripts or printed materials accumulated by the Colegio since its foundation.

Technical Section
This section is located at the third floor, left wing of the St. Thomas Building right after the Filipiniana Section. It facilitates the acquisition and processing of books before they are made available to library users through the acquisitions and cataloging units.
