Library Services

Reference	Reference librarians are available for consultation and can assist library users in their research and use of information services.
Referral	Referral letters are issued to researchers to source out materials from other libraries in case such holdings are not available in the Letran Library. The Letran Library is also open to researchers from other institutions.
Inter-library Loan	Books not available in the Letran Library may be borrowed from other libraries or institutions under the Intramuros Library Consortium on a library-to-library basis. These borrowed materials are loaned to students on a limited time as specified by the lending library.
Photocopying	The Letran Library provides photocopying facilities and services to maximize the use of materials and to facilitate easier research among its users.
Orientation	The Library orients freshmen and faculty members at the start of each school year on the collections, rules and regulations and the services that the Department offers.
Indexing	Indexing is provided for important newspaper articles and relevant journal articles. Clippings and vertical files are arranged in folders according to subject.
Bibliographic Listing	The Library provides bibliographic listings by subject to faculty members who are preparing their syllabi and readings list. With the On-line Public Access Catalog(OPAC), this service may also be extended to students who are preparing for their reviews of literature and bibliographies for their researches.
Current Awareness	Bulletin boards are available for announcements, lists of newly acquired books, delinquent borrowers and other announcements.
